Valencia vs Real Madrid Preview


The winter break is over in Spain and La Liga action is back in action as Valencia host mighty Real Madrid in their first fixture in 2015. Noveau rich Valencia will be looking to get back in the European competition and sit pretty at 4th place in the league with Villereal hot on their heels.


Meanwhile, Real Madrid will play their first Liga game after Club World Cup triumph in Japan. Los Blancos sit atop the league with arch rivals Barca just a point behind them. Mestella has been a tricky venue to visit this season as only Barcelona came away with a point till date.


Team News


The home side has full squad to choose from with new signing Enzo Perez in line to make an appearance for his new club. Javi Fuego will miss out from the clash due to suspension.


For visitors, Marcelo and Sergio Ramos are doubtful and will undergo a late fitness test while James Rodriguez is expected to feature against the Los Che. Real will be without Luka Modric who will miss out due to thigh injury.
