Cristiano Ronaldo breaks up with Irina Shayk

The World’s best player has officially broke up with his lady love Irina Shayk. The Portuguese superstar’s relationship had hit a rough patch for quite a while.

Ronaldo was dating this Russian bombshell for past five years after calling it quits just after Ballon d’Or ceremony.

"After dating for five years, my relationship with Irina Shayk has come to an end," Ronaldo said via a written statement to The Associated Press.

"We believed it would be best for both of us to take this step now.

"I wish Irina the greatest happiness."

There are unconfirmed reports that Irina had some differences with the Real Madrid talisman’s mom which also led to differences between the lovebirds.
